SHIPPING POLICY:

1) How long will it take to ship out my order?


Once your order is recieved, Processing time will take 1-3 business days for quality control inspection on your order, and then we will ship your order Within 5 business days after your items have been Throughly inspected and sanitized. We process all orders in a Very clean and germ free area.

If you choose Priority or Express mail you will receive your package much earlier but please be aware you will pay more when you check out with your purchase

2)What days do you Ship?

We only ship Mon thru Thurs We Do not Ship On Fri, Sat, Sun


REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

1) ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Sorry but we do not ACCEPT RETURNS On any of our "PRODUCTS" Due to most of our items being handmade or our out of stock items, we sometimes cannot offer you the same products you have ordered. 

2) If you have recieved "SEVERELY BROKEN DAMAGE" Jewelry items We will GLADLY replace the Jewelry piece or item that is "DAMAGED"and we will also pay for the shipping at our expense. (please note you will most likely not recieve the same jewelry pieces or item you have recieved in your package due to those pieces not being in stock) you will recieve "SUBSTITUTE" for your "DAMAGE" jewelry piece or item

3) We will ship out your "Substitute Item" in exchange for your damage item within
5-10 business days

Please dont Return your Damage items to us, we will not accept any damage items due to sanitation reasons. Feel free to keep the damage item/items or disregard them on your own.

5) SORRY but NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will ever be given on any of your orders unless you have recieved a "SEVERLY DAMAGE ITEM ONLY"

6) Once your Package has been shipped out and is no longer in our "POSSESSION" We are no longer responsible for your package. Once you recieve your tracking number you can follow up with USPS to see when your package will be delivered to you.

7) If your package comes to you damage on the outside, we have no control how your package is being mis-handle by the postal worker, we put "FRAGILE STICKERS" on all of our packages and we pack all of our customer orders with EXTREME COMPLETE CARE and INTEGRITY when leaving our facility, so we are truly SORRY if you experienced a mis-hap with your Package

8) Unfortunately we have no control on how your package is being handled with the Postal Carriers, we are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages, so please make sure after you have checked out on the website your address is complete and correct.
